During your bespoke 1-1 lesson, we’ll work together over video call to walk through your current routine, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and build a look that makes you feel like the very best version of yourself. From finding your ideal base routine to perfecting eyeliner, sculpting a modern complexion, or learning how to enhance your features naturally, every session is fully tailored to you.
You’ll use your own makeup products, so you can learn how to make the most of what you already own, and I’ll recommend a few key swaps or additions if needed.

Whether you've never worn much makeup before or feel overwhelmed by online tutorials, I'll guide you through everything step by step. Every lesson is tailored to your experience level, goals and confidence, so you'll leave with practical techniques that are easy to recreate at home.

If you already own makeup and brushes, I encourage you to bring them along. One of the most valuable parts of a personal makeup lesson is learning how to make the most of the products you already have. I'll also provide my professional makeup kit, skincare, brushes and tools for you to use during the lesson, and I'll recommend any products that would genuinely enhance your routine, without encouraging unnecessary purchases.

The length of your lesson depends on the package you choose. Lessons range from 2 hours to 3.5 hours, giving us plenty of time to cover techniques, answer your questions, and ensure you feel confident recreating your new look at home.

Virtual makeup lessons take place online via Google Meet, making them perfect if you're based elsewhere in the UK or overseas.
In-person makeup lessons in London are held at my private home studio in Streatham, South London. If you would prefer a lesson in the comfort of your own home or another location, I also offer on-location lessons (subject to availability). Travel costs and an on-location surcharge may apply.

Yes! Makeup lesson gift vouchers make a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day or any special occasion. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against either a virtual or in-person makeup lesson, allowing the recipient to choose the experience that suits them best.
Lessons & Gift Voucher Terms

- Please note all lessons and event hair & makeup appointments must be prepaid
- All event hair and makeup and lesson appointments take place at Alice's home in Streatham, SW London
- If you require an alternative service or for Alice to travel to you for your event, lesson, or photoshoot, please enquire directly using the contact form on the website

- All payments must be made online in advance of the appointment, unless agreed otherwise
- Payments can be made via card or bank transfer. Cash is not accepted
- All fees will be in accordance with the prices listed on this website
- If the Client fails to ensure full payment by the time of the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled

- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance of the appointment or full amount will be lost.
- The appointment may be transferred to an alternative date depending on Alice's availability.
- For any cancellations made within 7 days, payment is liable to be lost.
- Cancellations by Alice due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of her obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given will result in a full refund to the Client. No further compensation will be offered. An alternative highly recommended hair/makeup artist may be suggested by Alice, where possible.
- Refunds are issued via the same method of payment.
- A full refund will only be made if cancelled within 14 days of purchase. After the date has been set for the hair or makeup lesson it can only be changed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

- Gift vouchers are only available as e-vouchers that can be purchased directly and will be sent via email.
- Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are not transferable.

- Lessons are offered on Monday - Thursdays only, between 10:00am-4:00pm, at Alice’s home in Streatham SW16. Alice can travel to another location if requested (travel/surcharges may apply*).
* Travel is charged at 0.60p per mile (roundtrip) from Alice’s home address. An on-location surcharge may be added depending on location.
