Lovely to meet you, I’m Alice! Lover of cosy coffee shops and loyal supporter of Cadbury Dairy Milk. Devoted cat mum to Ellie and Frida. Beauty enthusiast who loves a no-makeup day. I’ll always pick red wine over white, pudding over a starter, trainers over heels, and natural makeup over full glam.
I live in a cosy flat in South West London with my partner in crime, James, where much of our life revolves around fluff control (IYKYK). You’ll usually find me either out in the fresh air on a countryside hike or curled up on the sofa in my comfies, binging the latest reality dating show. Chocolate is guaranteed to be involved in either scenario.
When I’m feeling particularly cultured, I’ll head to a London art exhibition where, after a suitably highbrow wander, I’ll inevitably end up in the gallery café, fuelling myself with coffee and cake while debating which mug to buy from the gift shop.
People often ask how I got into the hair and makeup industry, and it really began with a love of art. I graduated from Newcastle University in 2015 with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and have always loved drawing, painting, and creating something beautiful from scratch. That creative foundation led me to hair and makeup, where I realised I could bring my artistic flair to a more personal and meaningful form of artistry, while helping people feel like the best version of themselves!
I adore everything about weddings and never get tired of chatting with brides about their plans. From how you met your partner to your honeymoon dreams (and all the details in between!), I love getting to know my brides and creating hair and makeup that truly reflects them. I can’t wait to hear all about your own plans!
