I lead a small, close-knit team of professional hair and makeup artists working across London and the South East. Each artist has been carefully chosen for their talent, professionalism, and shared approach to beauty - effortless, elegant, and authentic.

At Lucent Hair & Makeup, we’re known for our friendly, relaxed service and our genuine care for every client. We go above and beyond to ensure every bride feels heard, comfortable, and completely herself. It’s important to me that the artists on my team share my ethos and reflect my signature style - glowing skin, soft definition, and hair that looks beautifully effortless. My approach is all about helping brides feel like the best, most elevated version of themselves, with naturally enhancing looks that never feel overdone.

To be part of the team, you’ll need to have:

  • Training and experience within the wedding or industry

  • A strong portfolio showcasing your bridal work and hair and makeup skills

  • Public liability insurance

  • Exceptional customer service skills

  • A professional, friendly, and reliable nature

  • A fully stocked, hygienic professional kit (preferably with cruelty-free products)

  • A car or the ability to travel to different locations
